Hi, because yesterday we got to the hotel at night, we didn't have time to appreciate the landscape, we were surprised to find out that we were surounded by a beautiful valley when we woke up. We met the group for breakfast and proceeded to name our fears, goals, and expectations for this trip. We went into town for lunch, which was followed by a scavenger hunt with the purpose of educating us with a better understanding of the encompassing culture. Afterwards, we played a game of soccer with some local kids. We then returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner. We ended the day with our ANCHOR session, where we vocalized our appreciations, news for the following day, lack of concerns, hopes, obscuritiesing a passage that showed us how fortunate we are.
